The purpose of this policy is to avoid any potential misunderstandings if your original work seems similar to a CLOUDWALKER project since many works and submissions are based on the same or similar ideas.
Be further advised that CLOUDWALKER may have access to or may create or have created materials and ideas similar or identical to the materials you have presented in terms of theme, idea, design, format, and other respects. CLOUDWALKER is not obligated in any manner to you for any of the materials in your email. You shall not be entitled to compensation or credit of any kind for use of any such similar or identical materials, which may have been independently created or may have come to CLOUDWALKER from another source.
